How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred event date. For most events, we suggest booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance. Larger or more customized installations may require additional planning time. Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability.
What is required to secure my event date?
A 50% retainer and a signed service agreement are required to secure your event date. Your date is not considered reserved until both have been received. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.
Do you offer custom balloon colors and designs?
Yes! Every Marva-loons design is customized to complement your celebration, color palette, theme, and overall vision. We’ll work with you to create a design that fits your event while maintaining the signature style and quality of Marva-loons Balloons. Specific balloon colors and specialty items are subject to availability.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes. Marva-loons Balloons offers professional delivery and setup for balloon décor and event installations. Delivery and setup requirements vary based on the size and complexity of your design, venue access, setup time, and event location.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. Delivery fees are calculated separately based on the event location and travel distance. Additional fees may apply for extended travel, difficult venue access, parking, after-hours setup, or other special circumstances. Any applicable fees will be included in your proposal before booking.
Do you provide balloon décor for outdoor events?
Yes. Outdoor balloon décor is available with certain requirements. A covered or shaded setup area must be provided to help protect the décor from direct sunlight, heat, and rain. Balloons are sensitive to outdoor conditions, including heat, wind, rain, humidity, and extreme temperatures, which may affect their appearance and longevity. Marva-loons Balloons cannot guarantee the performance or longevity of balloon décor exposed to outdoor weather conditions. If suitable coverage is not available or weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for installation, an indoor or alternative setup may be required.
