Q. What areas do you service?
A. Our preferred service areas includes but are limited to Shelby County, Southaven, Desoto and parts of West Memphis, AR. For all areas outside of Shelby County there is a minimum order of $300 for delivery. Our delivery charge depends on the location of the event and starts at $35. While most decor items includes a standard setup fee, a separate set fee may be charge depending on the complexity of the installation and where special rigging, framework or equipment is required. A strike charge is when we return and remove the decor and retrieve our equipment, this is not required for all decor items.
Q. How far in advance should I book?
A. Events dates and times are on a first booked first serve basis. A 50% non- refundable retainer is required at the time of booking, no dates or commitments will be made without a retainer and a signed service agreement. To avoid disappointment of not having your event date available , we suggest you contact us once you have secured your venue or at least 2 weeks prior to your event date.
Q. How do I pay for my decor?
A. Once your order is finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you that can be paid online with a credit card or PayPal.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellation request must be made in writing by mail or email only. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the time of request.
The retainer is non-refundable. No refunds will be made within 5 days of the event.
Q. Will you do an onsite consultation?
A. Yes, we can provide an onsite consultation for $55 per visit. This fee is applied to your invoice when you book your event with us. You can also take pictures, video and measurements and send us the details for a phone consultation at no cost.
Q. Is there a minimum order cost?
A. Yes, our event order minimum is $200 for Shelby County and $300 outside of Shelby. Check out our Balloon Price Guide for some basic prices including individual items and package deals.
Q. How long do balloons last?
A. Many air filled balloon designs can last for weeks indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environment. We cannot guarantee outdoor balloon decorations for any specific amount of time. The sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.
Q. Can I provide my own balloons?
A. Only if they are custom printed logos or personalized messages. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, you will still be charged the full amount for that balloon. We can not guarantee the quality nor speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us.
